Vehicle make, color and model are not guaranteed.
Everyday Rent A Car reserves the right not to deliver a vehicle to renters aged 70 and above according to company rental policies.
If sea sand, pet hair, glitter, heavy dirt or odor is detected at vehicle return, a Detailed Cleaning Fee may be charged.
Vehicles are delivered clean and expected to be returned clean. Customers may purchase the Car Wash Package for 200 TL per rental. If not purchased and the vehicle is returned dirty, a cleaning fee starting from 450 TL depending on location may be applied.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
2. The Renter must comply with all traffic laws and highway regulations. Any penalties arising from violations (including traffic fines, towing, impound fees etc.) are the responsibility of the Renter.
3. The Renter is responsible for all consequences of accidents caused by violation of traffic regulations. The rented vehicle may only be used by the Renter unless an Additional Driver is registered in the contract. Any damage caused by unauthorized use shall be fully compensated by the Renter. If an Additional Driver is registered, the Renter and Additional Driver shall be jointly and severally liable.
4. Minimum rental period is 24 hours. Rentals shorter than 24 hours are charged as a full day. In case of delay exceeding 2 hours, an additional full day rental fee will be charged.
5. The Renter must return the vehicle on the agreed date and time. Any extension requires prior approval from Everyday offices or headquarters. Extensions made without approval are considered unlawful possession of the vehicle.
6. At the start of the rental, the Renter must present a valid driving license and a credit card in the renter’s name. Payment must be made using a valid credit card belonging to the renter.
7. The Lessor is authorized to charge the renter’s credit card or deposit for parking fees, OGS/HGS tolls, bridge and highway tolls, traffic fines and related service fees without prior notice even after the rental period ends. Service fee: 179 TL for charges up to 900 TL and 20% for charges above 900 TL.
8. Optional Insurance Coverage:
Mini Damage Insurance covers damages up to a specified amount depending on vehicle group excluding tire, glass and headlight damages and may be processed based on written declaration without police report. Damages exceeding the limit are fully payable by the renter.
LCF Protection covers one tire (excluding rim), all windows and side mirror glass (excluding sunroof glass) or one headlight if damaged independently.
Optional Liability Insurance increases third‑party liability limits.
Personal Accident Insurance covers the driver and passengers within policy limits.
9. In case of vehicle damage or malfunction, the renter must ensure the vehicle is delivered safely to an authorized service center. If assistance is not obtained from Everyday Roadside Assistance, towing costs will be borne by the renter. A Damage Service Fee will be charged whenever a damage file is opened.
10. The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition to the Everyday office in the city where it was rented or another location specified in the agreement on the agreed date and time.
11. The renter agrees to pay:
a) Daily rental charges and/or mileage fees calculated based on the distance driven.
b) Insurance fees and other agreed charges.
c) One‑way fees if the vehicle is returned to a different location.
d) Applicable taxes including VAT.
e) Traffic fines, legal penalties, towing charges and loss‑of‑use costs caused during the rental period.
f) Repair costs resulting from collisions or rollovers and compensation payable to third parties unless insurance conditions are fulfilled.
g) All damages resulting from misuse or negligence including mechanical misuse.
h) Additional driver fees when applicable.
j) Collection expenses incurred by the Lessor.
k) Authorization for deposit charges from the credit card.
12. Even if standard insurance or Mini Damage Insurance is accepted, the renter remains responsible in the following situations:
Driving under alcohol or drugs, exceeding speed limits, accidents caused by renter fault, incomplete accident documentation, unauthorized drivers, misuse of fuel, reckless driving, damage to upper parts of vehicle (bridges, branches etc.), insurance refusal cases, tire/rim damages without LCF coverage, loss of hubcaps or spare tire, damage to documents or vehicle equipment, key loss and all damages outside insurance scope.
13. Rental fees are paid at vehicle pickup. Additional costs are charged at rental completion. Failure to pay invoices on time results in immediate maturity of debt and a default interest of 5%. Everyday may request precautionary attachment without collateral.
14. The vehicle shall not be used for:
Transporting passengers or goods for income, towing, illegal activities, driving under alcohol or drugs, motor sports, racing or speed trials.
Driving on unsuitable terrain, exceeding passenger or load capacity, unauthorized drivers or driving outside national borders.
15. In case of damage, a damage follow‑up fee equal to 5% of the damage amount may be charged. The renter must secure the vehicle when not in use and park it safely. In case of theft, the renter must notify authorities and deliver keys and documents to the nearest Everyday office within 24 hours.
16. The renter is solely responsible for any damage to goods or passengers transported in the vehicle.
17. In case of accidents involving material damage, injury or death, the renter must notify the police and deliver reports to Everyday within 24 hours.
18. The renter and authorized drivers are covered by traffic insurance within policy limits. Any liability exceeding these limits shall be borne by the renter. The renter must gather witness information, avoid admitting fault, contact Everyday immediately and notify authorities if required.
19. Personal Accident Insurance coverage applies only if the renter signs the agreement and pays the related premium.
20. In case of damage requiring insurance processing, the renter must complete all documentation. Rental charges continue until documents and procedures are completed.
21. The Lessor is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle after return. The renter must perform vehicle maintenance according to the manufacturer instructions and notify Everyday immediately in case of malfunction.
22. Rental periods cannot be extended unilaterally. Extensions require written approval. Otherwise the vehicle must be returned to the address specified by the Lessor.
23. If the renter violates any provision of this agreement or fails to return the vehicle on time, Everyday has the right to repossess the vehicle without prior notice and the renter is responsible for all related costs.
24. The Lessor may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the renter via email, fax or SMS.
25. Informational brochures provided at rental start are considered an integral part of this agreement.
26. Vehicles are subject to mileage limits. Excess mileage will be charged according to the rates stated in the vehicle group table.
27. The renter acknowledges that the vehicle may contain tracking and geo‑location systems.
28. In disputes arising from this agreement, the records and documents of the Lessor shall constitute binding and conclusive evidence.
29. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center (ITOTAM) in accordance with its rules. Arbitration language is Turkish and governing law is Turkish Law.
30. Personal Data Processing:
The Lessor may process and transfer the renter’s personal data for purposes including managing the rental relationship, risk assessment, verification with authorities, insurance reporting, compliance with legal obligations, debt collection, customer satisfaction surveys and marketing communications where permitted by law.
