How can I make a reservation?


Can I modify my prepaid reservation?

  • If your reservation was made via www.everydayrentacar.com.tr, modifications are not possible. Cancellation and refund policies will apply.

I made a reservation through another platform. How can I modify it?

  • For reservations made outside our website, Everyday acts as a supplier. Please contact the platform where you made the reservation.

What is the minimum age to rent a car?

  • You must be at least 21 years old and hold a Category B driving license for at least 2 years.
  • Eligible customers may rent by purchasing the Young Driver Package.

How does your pricing policy work?

  • Prices are dynamic and may vary depending on demand and availability in the selected location.

Can I change my rental period after picking up the vehicle?

  • Yes, you may extend or shorten your rental period.
  • Rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
  • Prepaid reservations are non-refundable for unused days.

How are traffic fines handled?

  • If issued to your personal ID, the driver must pay.
  • If issued to the vehicle plate, the fine is paid by us and charged to your credit card, along with a service fee.

Can I take the rental vehicle abroad?

  • No, international travel with rental vehicles is not permitted.

Can I pay without a credit card?

  • Rentals require a personal credit card or a debit card service (with additional fee).
  • Cash payments are not accepted.

Can I change my vehicle if I am not satisfied?

  • If there is a technical issue, please contact 444 0 349.
  • Otherwise, vehicle changes depend on availability.

Are vehicle brand and model guaranteed?

  • No. Reservations are made based on vehicle groups, not specific brands or models.

What should I do in case of an accident?

  • Do not move the vehicle.
  • Contact the nearest police station and obtain a report.
  • Call 444 0 349 for assistance.

Can I add an additional driver?

  • Yes, but both drivers must visit the office together and sign the updated agreement.

Can I rent with someone else’s credit card?

  • No. The credit card must belong to the renter.
  • The cardholder must be present and included as an additional driver.

Do your vehicles have HGS (toll system)?

  • Yes. Toll charges are automatically billed to your credit card after the rental.

Is there a mileage limit?

  • Daily rentals: 400 km/day (up to 10 days)
  • 10–30 days: 4,000 km total
  • Monthly rentals: 4,000 km limit

Can I return the vehicle to a different office?

  • Yes, for an additional one-way fee, depending on location.

Why is my invoice higher than expected?

  • Additional charges may include tolls, fuel differences, damages, or extended rental days.
